Richard Stolle
Founder
Richard Stolle is founder and managing partner at Stadium Capital Partners. Richard is a long-term successful real estate investor and asset manager with more than 30 years of experience with an excellent reputation and network in the European and North American real estate sector. As of 1993 he has been involved in building up real estate portfolios with a financial background (CFO), working together with high level asset and property management teams (COO) and as manager (CEO) in leading listed (Uni-Invest) and privately held real estate companies. Overall Richard has been involved in acquiring, disposing and managing assets with a volume of over Euro 9.5 billion.
Stadium is experienced in establishing and administering real estate portfolios / platforms for all types of (institutional) investors including private equity, sovereign wealth, family offices, pension funds and corporates.
Richard Stolle is familiar with all types of real estate asset classes including i.e. residential, offices, logistics, retail and the hotel industry. Development over Euro 0.5 billion and co-investor in funds/platforms with the focus on operational real estate including own operational companies, hands-on.
Trackrecord:
Residential – Since its inception in 2013, over 40 acquisitions have been executed in thereby building a portfolio of over 12,000 units.
Retail – Stadium is active in retail since 2017, with a managed portfolio of over 20,000 sqm. The main focus is on high-yield grocery shopping centres.
Senior Living – In 2016, Stadium launched its senior living platform. Since the start SCP has managed over 9 senior living complexes within total over 600 units.
NewdayOffices – In 2018, Stadium acquired an office portfolio consisting of 8 assets. Today the portfolio has grown to 12 assets; covering 55,000 sqm.

Fred Bunker
Founder
Fred Bunker is founder and managing partner at Stadium Capital Partners.
Fred brings over 15 years of investment banking experience to Stadium Capital Partners, of which 9 years active in the real estate sector.
Previously, he was a Managing Director European Real Estate at Kempen & Co Corporate Finance and member of management team. Prior to that, he worked for ING Real Estate and ABN AMRO Corporate Finance in Amsterdam. Fred started his career at KPMG Meijburg as a tax lawyer. Throughout his career he was involved in many landmark transactions and gained significant experience in mergers & acquisitions and equity raisings.
Fred holds a masters degree in Tax Law from the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
Hidde Weerstra
Partner Senior Living
Hidde Weerstra joined Stadium Capital Partners in 2016 and is partner senior living.
He has significant experience in the acquisition and development of companies and businesses across a wide variety of industry sectors. Since 2012 he has been focusing on real estate and senior living in particular as an entrepreneur and advisor. Previously he worked at Endemol overseeing the group’s corporate development activities. Prior to Endemol, Hidde was in investment banking at NIBC. He started his career at MeesPierson in 1998.
Hidde holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Groningen.
Rutger Plink
Associate director
Rutger Plink joined Stadium Capital Partners in 2014 after finishing his studies.
During his time at Stadium Capital Partners, Rutger has been involved in numerous real estate acquisitions, financial modelling and structuring, and the asset management for a variety of real estate asset classes in the Netherlands.
Rutger holds a master degree in System Engineering, Policy Analysis, and Management from the Technical University of Delft.
Nick de Haan
Asset Manager
Nick joined Stadium Capital Partners in 2018.
He is asset manager for Newday Offices and the residential and retail portfolio Kameleon.
In the previously 12 years Nick has gained experience in the field of real estate as a valuer (office, retail, logistics and residential), an investment broker, a portfolio manager (office and senior living real estate) and managed a flexible office provider with 27 properties throughout the Netherlands.
Nick holds a degree in Management and Economics of the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
Mitch van Geldorp
Associate director
Mitch joined Stadium Capital Partners in 2019.
He is involved in various real estate acquisitions and dispositions, financial modelling and the asset management of a variety of real estate assets and the corresponding companies.
He has significant experience in the acquisition and disposition of single assets and portfolio’s across all asset classes. Previously he worked at CBRE where he was responsible for numerous (inter)national investments.
Mitch holds a master’s degree Management studies from the University of Amsterdam.
Jasper Dek
Analyst
Jasper Joined Stadium Capital Partners in September 2020, after he completed his internship and education, he continued his work from Februari 2021 onwards.
As analyst he is involved of the multiple real estate acquisitions. Market research, financial modelling and the digital development of our Office portfolio are part of his responsibilities. Besides, Jasper also puts focus on optimizing the property management organisation on various aspects for the office portfolio.
In addition, he recently joined our senior living branch to further develop his expertise residential real estate and redevlopment projects.
Jasper holds a bachelor’s degree (BBA) in Hospitality Business Management from University of applied sciences ‘Hotelschool the Hague’, one of the leading hospitality business educations in Europe.
Rita de Willigen
EXECUTIVE / PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Rita already worked for Richard Stolle and was involved in the foundation when Stadium Capital was founded in 2013.
Rita has been working in real estate for almost 20 years. She started at Uni Invest, then Stollburgh Capital for asset and property management. At Stadium, Rita is PA of the founders, head office management, finance and HR are among her duties.
Douwe Schoemaker
Associate
Douwe joined Stadium Capital Partners in March 2024, bringing expertise in real estate development. With a focus on leveraging his knowledge, he aims to contribute significantly to the firm. Prior to this, he gained three years of experience at FSD, specializing in inner-city revitalization projects, particularly in residential sectors.
With a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Delft University of Technology and a Master of Science in Architecture, Urbanism, and Building Sciences, Douwe’s academic background provides a solid foundation for his role.
Fueled by his entrepreneurial passion, Douwe is poised to drive Stadium Capital’s real estate development initiatives, contributing to the firm’s continued success and growth.
Louisa Hollander
Junior development architect
Louisa joined Stadium Capital Partners in October 2024, following the completion of her Master’s degree at Delft University of Technology. With a background in architecture and hands-on experience at renowned firms like cepezed architects and Herzog & de Meuron, Louisa brings a distinct perspective to her role. As a Junior Development Architect, she contributes to real estate initiatives across Amsterdam, combining her architectural insights with a passion for urban development.
Shaffy Cohen
Analyst
Shaffy joined Stadium Capital Partners as an analyst in 2024, where he contributes to multiple real estate acquisitions. His role encompasses market research and financial modeling, with a strong focus on analyzing and optimizing real estate projects and investment opportunities across diverse markets
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Economics and a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Amsterdam. Following his studies, Shaffy began his career with a real estate investor and developer in Amsterdam, gaining valuable experience in the sector. Additionally, he served as a data analyst for the Dutch National Hockey Team, where his insights helped the team secure a gold medal at the Olympic Games in Paris.
