Since its inception in 2013, Stadium has been one of the most active residential investor and manager in The Netherlands.  Over 18 acquisitions have been executed in the sector thereby building a portfolio of over 12,000 units. At the same time, Stadium has built an integrated residential asset and property management platform Vivo Wonen with over 30 employees, responsible for the management of the residential portfolio which comprised of over 350 complexes across the country.

Senior Living

In 2016, Stadium launched its senior living platform and installed a dedicated team that has developed an operational senior living concept. With this concept seniors are offered an integrated service of living, services and care. Since the start Stadium has managed over 9 senior living complexes with in total over 600 units. In 2017, the first development site has been acquired where  currently a senior living complex is being developed specially designed to implement Stadium’s senior living concept.


Stadium has been active in Dutch retail since 2017, with a managed portfolio of over 20,000 sqm.

Stadium’s retail focus is on investments in medium sized high-yield convenience shopping centers with stable and direct income returns.


In 2018, Stadium acquired an office portfolio consisting of 8 assets. These assets are all internally managed by Stadiums’ serviced office platform Newday Offices which provides per asset a mix of office space for traditional leasing and flexible rental per desk. The platform employees over 30 FTE and provide full services to the assets including in house clubmangers, lunch, property management services and leasing services.  Since the start, two new assets have been added to the portfolio.
